Biography
Amy is Of Counsel with Sinars Slowikowski Tomaska where she focuses her practice on personal injury, products liability, contract and commercial disputes, consumer law, health care, professional malpractice, and wrongful death claims. As an experienced trial lawyer, she has successfully guided her clients through all phases of litigation, mediation, and arbitration.
Before moving to Washington in 2020, Amy spent her career in Texas and New Mexico successfully defending corporate and individual defendants in contentious cases throughout New Mexico and Texas. Most recently, in Washington, Amy co-chaired a medical malpractice neurosurgery case to unanimous defense verdict. The entire trial was by Zoom, including voir dire, which was an experience all on its own.
In her free time, Amy enjoys running, cycling, swimming, and playing with her dog.
