Emma Martinez is an Associate Attorney in the Chicago office, focusing her practice on toxic tort litigation. She has a diverse background, including experience in plaintiff's personal injury, foreclosure, and business law, which has fostered a strong passion for client advocacy.

Emma graduated from Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and earned her J.D. from DePaul University with a certificate in Business Law. During law school, she served as a Research Assistant, studying the relationship between American history and corporate organization, and worked as a Teaching Assistant for Contracts and Business Organizations courses. Her studies also took her to Madrid, Spain, where she expanded her understanding of International Business Law.

Outside of the office, Emma enjoys baking cakes, exercising, and spending time with her two tuxedo cats—Vincent and Jules.
