Jenée is Of Counsel with Sinars Slowikowski Tomaska and has nearly 15 years of experience representing construction industry clients. She also has experience litigating general commercial disputes, class actions and consumer protection claims, in state, federal and appellate courts.

Jenée focuses her practice on complex, multiparty litigation arising out of and related to the construction industry. She has extensive experience in litigation of construction defects, construction negligence, design errors/omissions, toxic tort/environmental, and product liability claims. Her experience also includes litigation of construction contract and change order disputes, mechanics liens, and delay and disruption claims. Throughout the litigation process Jenée prioritizes understanding her client's business and working as a team with clients and their insurers to develop defense strategies that minimize risk and efficiently achieve a successful outcome.

In addition to her litigation experience, Jenée counsels real estate owners and developers, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors in legal concepts, contract strategies, risk management and best practices on sophisticated real estate improvement and construction projects. She also drafts and negotiates contracts, subcontracts, service contracts and other documents for the construction industry.

Outside the office, Jenée enjoys spending time with her family, reading, traveling, hiking and scuba diving.
