Kristin Lothrop, Director of Human Resources and Operations for Sinars Slowikowski Tomaska, provides leadership and coordination of the resources, strategies, and day-to-day operations of the firm's offices nationwide. Working with a dedicated team of professionals, Kristin is responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of the firm's core HR functions, including recruiting, professional development, coaching and well-being, talent management, employee relations, and human resource operations. Kristin has over ten years of experience in law firm management, business operations, and human resource management. 

Kristin partners with the firm's executive committee to lead strategic initiatives and put best practices into action. She collaborates closely with other firm leaders to create strategic talent solutions that attract, develop, and retain the most talented people who share the firm's goal of providing exceptional client service.

Kristin is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Association of Legal Administrators (ALA).

In her free time, Kristin enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, gardening, traveling, and cheering on the Chicago Bears.
