Mary DiMaggio is an associate attorney in the firm’s Chicago office. She concentrates her practice on general negligence, product liability, toxic torts, and occupational injury claims.

Mary defends product and equipment manufacturers, premise owners, employers, contractors, and suppliers in general liability, mass toxic tort, and product liability cases. Mary is responsible for all aspects of case management including motion practice, discovery issues, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation. Mary has experience defending clients in numerous depositions throughout Illinois, Missouri, and Indiana.

Mary earned her Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law in 2020 and her Bachelor of Arts from Loyola University Chicago in 2017. In law school, Mary focused her curriculum on civil litigation and received a Certificate in Business Law. Prior to joining SST, Mary clerked at a high-volume plaintiff’s firm, where she gained experience working in areas including personal injury, medical malpractice, and other civil litigation matters.

In her free time, Mary enjoys listening to live music, cooking, and trying new restaurants.
