Biography
Dahna Kazemyan is an Associate Attorney in the Chicago office of Sinars Slowikowski, focusing on complex litigation with an emphasis on toxic tort, products liability, and premises liability defense, including asbestos litigation. Before joining the firm as an attorney, Dahna served as a law clerk at Sinars Law, where she gained experience in case strategy, discovery, and trial preparation.
Dahna earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law. During law school, she served on the Moot Court Honors Council, placed among the Top 5 Oralists in the Herzog Moot Court Competition, and was a member of the Review of Intellectual Property Law, where her case note on trademark infringement and trade dress was published. She also completed a Comparative Law Program in London, studying U.K. and U.S. legal systems and international data protection regulations, including GDPR.
Outside of work, Dahna enjoys Pilates and hot yoga, attending concerts, reading, exploring new restaurants in Chicago, and spending time with her family back home in Texas.
