Kristin Lothrop serves as the Director of Human Resources and Operations at Sinars Slowikowski, where she leads and coordinates the firm's resources, strategies, and daily operations across its nationwide offices. In partnership with a dedicated team of professionals, Kristin oversees the firm's HR functions, including recruiting, professional development, coaching, well-being, talent management, employee relations, and HR operations. With more than a decade of experience in law firm management, business operations, and human resources, Kristin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. 

She works closely with the firm's executive committee to drive strategic initiatives and implement best practices, collaborating with other leaders to create talent solutions that attract, develop, and retain exceptional individuals aligned with the firm's mission of delivering outstanding client service. 

Kristin is an engaged member of both the Society for Human Resource Management and the Association of Legal Administrators. 

In her free time, she enjoys being with her husband, daughter, and golden retriever. She's also passionate about gardening and is an avid Chicago Bears fan.
